Prepaid Services

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the start of the service will be entitled to a refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the service will not be entitled to any refund.

 Cancellation Fees

Canceling a reservation with PORTO OUTSIDE will result in cancellation fees being applied, which vary according to the type of service booked. These fees will be communicated in advance during the cancellation process.  

 Services in progress or completed

No refunds will be given once the service or activity has commenced.

There will be no refunds for any service already used, regardless of completion.

 Vouchers

Vouchers are not refundable under any circumstances.
